contacts to K-12 and college/university instructors that are
reforming math and science education throughout
the state of Arizona. Abstracts of papers presented by the
conference participants are also available.

The ACEPT Faculty Workshops
website contains math and science experiments developed by
collaborating ACEPT faculty.

The Dynamic Learning Program at
South Mountain
Community College is a two step Bachelor's Degree program
encompasing courses at SMCC and in the ASU College of Education.
- Ask a Biologist. A site run by Arizona State
University's Life Sciences Visualization Group. The site is intended
for use by K-12 students and their teachers.
- The ASU Planetarium
offers shows about the constellations and the mythology surrounding
them to schools and other audiences.

The Modeling Workshop Project has been under development for
more than a decade. Its approach to curriculum design and teaching
methodology has been guided by a Modeling Theory of Physics
Instruction, the focus of an educational research program directed
by Prof. David Hestenes.
